Q: What is the test strand for?

The test strand allows you to preview, style, or tone the hair before opening the sealed full set.

IMPORTANT: If you open the main package of clip-ins, the item becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Q: Can I return purchased clip-ins?

Only if the main package remains sealed and the return is initiated within the allowed window. Once the full set is opened, it’s considered used and non-returnable.

Q: Can I color or tone my purchased clip-ins?

Yes—but always test any formula on the included test strand first, and we recommend professional coloring for best results.

Q: How long will my purchased clip-ins last?
