Refundable Deposit:
Calculated as the difference between the rental fee and full retail price. If hair is not returned, total paid equals full retail.

How It Works

- We ship to arrive 2 days before your event
- Wear it, style it (heat tools OK)
- Return using the prepaid label within 2 days after your event
- Deposit refunded in 3–5 business days (minus late fees if applicable)
Rental Policy (Quick Version)
- Deposit converts rental to full retail purchase if hair is not returned
- Hair must be returned clean, detangled, unaltered
- Late returns: $25/day
- Rentals not received within 7 days = considered unreturned
- Cancel 7+ days before ship date for full refund; within 7 days = $25 fee
- Damage coverage applies to kit items only, not hair i.e., Damaged Clips

Q: How long can I keep the rental?
You may keep the clip-ins for 5 days total. Hair arrives 2 days before your event and should be returned within 2days after
Q: Can I style the rented clip-ins?
Yes! You can use heat styling tools on our rentals, but please do not dye or tone the hair.
Q: What if the hair gets damaged while I have it?
If damage protection is selected, it covers clips only. Damage to hair will be deducted from the deposit.
Q: When do I get my deposit back?
Once the hair is returned and passes inspection, the deposit is refunded within 3–5 business days.
