Sphynx K-Tips are the go-to for clients who want luxury, longevity, and freedom.
Made with full cuticle, double drawn Asian hair and bonded with flexible Italian keratin, these strands blend seamlessly and move naturally with your client’s own hair.
Each tip is pre-cut into our signature cat ear shape—faster installs, better bonds, and cleaner results without the extra prep.

Lightweight, versatile, and totally invisible once installed, they’re ideal for full transformations or subtle fullness.

k-tip Extensions — FAQ

Q: What are K-Tips?

Ohhh, just the most precise, discreet extension method around. These tiny little pre-bonded beauties are applied strand by strand using a keratin bond and heat fusion. Perfect for those who want natural movement, full customization, and ZERO weft lines.

Here’s why stylists love 'em:

  • Ideal for fine hair

Q: Are they pre-cut?

Yes — and we’re proud of it.

Each K-Tip is precut into our signature cat ear shape, giving you the perfect directional taper and density control straight out of the box. Want to tweak the shape? Go for it! You can totally cut and customize to your heart’s desire — we just took out the legwork.

Q: How long do they last?

Up to 5 months with proper care. The trick?

  • Gentle brushing & detangling
  • Professional-grade products
  • No oil-based or heavy conditioners at the root
  • Sleeping in a low braid or ponytail

Q: Will they damage my hair?

When installed correctly? Nope

Sphynx K-Tips are weight-balanced, low profile, and fused in tiny, clean sections to protect the natural hair. Book with a certified Sphynx stylist and you're golden.

Q: Can I color them?

Proceed with caution. Our hair takes color beautifully, but it should be damp, freshly washed, and colored with care. Check the FAQ under the Genius Wefts for toning tips (they apply here too).

Q: What lengths are available?

Right now:

  • 18", 20", and 22” – fully stocked and ready to ship
  • 16" and 24” – limited colors available, can be made to order
  • Turnaround for custom orders is approx. 2 weeks. We’re working hard to stock all lengths soon!

Q: How much hair comes in a box?

Each box = 50 grams total

(2 bundles of 25g). You’ll need 2–3 boxes depending on your client’s density and desired volume.

Q: Can they wear their hair up?

Yes! That’s one of the best parts.

Because there’s no weft, clients can do sleek ponies, space buns, braids, and updos — no bulk, no bumps, no peeking bonds.

Q: Do they need maintenance appointments?

Nope! That’s the beauty. Once they’re in, they stay put until it's time for removal. No move-ups required. Clients come back in 3–5 months for a full refresh.
